Alessandro Viola’s winery is located in Alcamo, Sicily, near Mount Etna, and produces wines from two distinct terroirs. The wines from Pietra Rinosa are shaped by the influence of the sea, while those from Fastuchera are marked by their mineral character. His 7-hectare vineyard is dedicated to local varieties such as Grillo, Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese, and Catarratto. The vinification and ageing processes take place in a combination of stainless steel, Marsala Botti, French oak, and chestnut barrels. Alessandro also enjoys experimenting with lees-stirring, which adds depth and complexity to his wines.

Domaine Mosse has become a prominent name in Loire Valley natural winemaking. It is renowned for its long-aging Chenin Blanc, which showcases the complexity of the schist terroir. The estate’s vines are as old as 60 years. Agnès and René Mosse previously operated a wine bar and bistro in Tours. After forming friendships with several natural winemakers, they decided to enter the winemaking path. They have trained with Dominique Derain and Frédéric Cossard before having their own 17 hectares vineyard.

Le Nadir is led by Fabien Pérreard a former graphic designer working in Paris. After knowing that Paris is not for him, he worked in other parts of the world namely Brazil, Paraguay and Spain. His life took a significant turn after he read the comic book "Les Ignorants," which inspired him to pursue winemaking. He bought 1.2 hector vineyard and learned from Jean-Pierre Chevallier, Mathieu Vallée and Aymeric Hillaire. Fabien follows BTS viticulture-oenology. Currently he has 2 plots composed of Jurassic clay and flint soil and gravel and clay soil.

Jean-François Nicq founded Les Foulards Rouges in 2002, named after Frédéric Fajardie’s historical novel featuring the main hero "The Red Scarves." The vineyard is located less than 10 km from the Mediterranean Sea in the Eastern Pyrenees and is characterized by its granitic soil primarily composed of gneiss, which is both acidic and poor soil quality.

Committed to organic practices and minimal intervention, Les Foulards Rouges produces fresh and light natural wines.
