‼️ NIXTAMAL SALES ‼️
It's finally happening! Starting this week (3/2) you can start placing your nixtamal online orders! (masa & tortillas).
How does it work?!
🔴Chose the type of corn and pick between fresh nixtamal or fresh tortillas (Made with local organic heirloom corn from New Mexico).
🔵 Blue Corn 🌽
🟡 Yellow Corn 🌽
⚪ White Corn 🌽
🔴Place your order Monday through Friday anytime of the day (link in bio). Online orders will be closed at 12 am every Friday.
🔴Pick up Day will be Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm at Barelas Community Kitchen on 4th Street ( 1411 4th St SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 )
🔴I will also have a small breakfast/lunch menu serve on site highlighting all the different dishes you can make with masa. ONLY SUNDAYS with limited quantities. The menu is subject to changes every week or every other week.
🔴All sales are final. There's no reimbursement, if you miss the pick up day you will have to wait until the next pick up week to get your order.

Valentine's Day Dinner
Gotta thank me.. myself.. and I... For all the hard work, the long days and nights, for never giving up, for always believing in me.
This dinner was better than I expected... Simple, rustic and flavorful.
Thanks to everyone that purchased tickets for those 2 dinners. I'm not a perfectionist but I know we can always do things better for the customers, the team and myself. Thank you for letting me cook for you all.
Feedback was positive, so good that people are already asking when the next will be... just know we're already working on it 🤘😤.

I have to take a moment to thank me.. myself... and I.. 😤
From the beginning was never meant to be a pop up or a food business. Sentli was always a product to produce and sell to people that wanted nixtamal.. masa flour.. fresh tortillas.
I've been building this brick by brick.. layer by layer... For the past 3 years. I finally purchased a molinito which will become the heart and soul of Sentli.
I'll become the masa dealer 🤝 in burque, holla at your boy if you need some dough. 🤘😎.. Let's fu***ng get it!
