PAF Special C-130 aircraft took off on a rescue mission for tourists and locals stranded in Gilgit-Baltistan, facilitated by the NDMA.

The aircraft arrived at Qadri Airbase at 07:55 AM. Passengers boarded the plane after thorough scanning by Gilgit-Baltistan Police and PAF Base Qadri's Provost. The passengers included:

1. Stranded civilians: 82
2. Pakistan Army personnel: 25
3. Pakistan Air Force personnel: 18

A total of 130 passengers were facilitated. The plane departed at 08:52 AM.

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, meets U.S. President Donald Trump 🇺🇸🇵🇰

▪️President Trump described his meeting with the Field Marshal as an honor.

▪️The meeting was held in a very cordial and friendly atmosphere.

▪️Both leaders discussed a wide range of important matters in a positive environment.

▪️Pakistan-U.S. relations were discussed in detail during the meeting.

▪️The ongoing Iran-Israel conflict also came under discussion.

▪️“Pakistan probably understands Iran better,” said President Trump.

▪️“I thank Field Marshal Asim Munir for helping prevent a war with India,” added the U.S. President.

▪️President Trump stated that the U.S. is set to begin trade with Pakistan.

▪️The meeting between President Trump and the Army Chief lasted two hours.

▪️President Trump praised the Army Chief’s dedication and commitment to Pakistan.

▪️According to sources, the Army Chief will hold more high-level meetings during his ongoing U.S. visit.
