So I decided to spicy things up a bit and did some oysters in a Panang sauce. There's were so good, we were literally fighting over them. If you haven't tried Coffin Bay Shellfish oysters yet, make sure you jump onto thier Facebook and see when they will be in your area next. You won't be disappointed! Recipe in the comments.

I love smoked oysters but have never made them myself. I saw some on Coffin Bay Shellfish page and that was it, I had to smoke some myself. They were so good, and I can’t wait to do them again!! Recipe in the comments.

Quarantine Quickies
A page dedicated to helping everyone with what they are cooking while in isolation. I’m a Chef who will be providing useful tips, tricks and recipes. If you find something in your cupboard you have no idea what to do with, take a photo and post it to the page.
