If you know, you know.
Glastonbury Festival.
If it was on, today would be the day we descended into those fields. At least after this year it won’t be a fallow year for a while.
People sometimes say “the line-up isn’t very good this year.”
Those people have never been.
The line-up is just a bonus. Across countless stages you are spoilt for choice no matter what your tickle is.
You could literally go sit in the Stone Circle field for the whole duration and have the best time of your life.
And it’s not just the festival
It’s the shop before
It’s the drive down
It’s when you get to that gate
It’s the queuing up
It’s the setup
It’s just the feel when you walk through them main gates and see the sights. Meet the people. See the police in good spirits. See the security having a laugh and a dance with the flowery hats on.
Everybody really makes the effort and the best version of everybody comes out.
People often say and I’ve often felt it, if we could live in a world that was Glastonbury, the world would be the best place.
Since the children have been born we’ve taken the children there, even as newborns and toddlers.
People often say why would you take your children?
I couldn’t think of a better place to take them.
From an educational point of view, from enjoying those moments with the people you love the most, it is a great environment for children.
There’s magic moments on the stages. Not just the Pyramid stage. Every other stage.
Surprise sets. The Legends slot. Arcadia. Shangri La. The Rabbit Hole and many more. You can take your own food and drink anywhere. Leave No Trace. Respect the land. Everyone releases their inner hippie.
The amount of money the festival has raised for charity is extraordinary.
I am genuinely sad we are not there.
Since going in 2010 I cannot miss a Glastonbury Festival.
I am not religious, but it just connects with me like some type of pilgrimage.
A very similar feeling to what I get when I go to Ibiza.
I cannot wait to go back next year.
And fingers crossed I might be able to play.
But to be honest I’d take anything just to be those fields ❤️
You guys are the best, thanks for all the messages and hope you're all enjoying the sun 🫶🏻

2 weeks today we’re back at Word of Mouth.
It really is a hidden gem of a venue. Anyone who’s been knows this, and if you haven’t been yet, you need to come and visit.
The food is class, the setting is beautiful, and it has that proper Ibiza feel without being too touristy. It’s mainly full of locals, and it just gives off the best vibe as soon as you walk through that entrance and look out over the beach.
Bee-eautiful.
For me, it’s also the perfect way to end the weekend. By then, a good chunk of people have left the island, but there’s always a lovely little crew still there. Everyone’s super chilled after what has usually been a mental four or five days of constant FML parties, that is why we called it Una Mas ❤️

Sometimes in life, whether it be personal or business, or just in general, you have to make tough decisions.
Those tough decisions can be easy to overthink.
You try to predict the future, try to think of a better way things might land, or look for alternative options. But deep down, most of the time, you don’t need any external influence.
You know in your gut, in your heart and in your head what you should do.
That doesn’t always mean it will be the correct decision, but you have to follow what feels right for you.
Recently I’ve had a couple of those decisions to make, and they all seemed to come at once. A bit like buses. A bit like when things are going wrong, or when things are going well, everything always seems to happen at the same time.
There is no perfect balance in life.
Keep turning up each day. Stay true to yourself and don’t look back.
No one’s perfect. We all make mistakes.
People might judge you and people might have their own opinions, but really the only thing that matters is whether you can look yourself in the mirror and say, I felt like I did the right thing.
Integrity is the single most important thing to keep.
And if you keep that, alongside respect and hard work, then no matter what someone’s opinion may be, those things can’t be unseen.....

Happy Father’s Day to Papa Smurf.
Shout out to all the Dads, Granddads, Great Granddads, Stepdads and Mums who are also Dad and anyone who has earned the right to be classed as a Father Figure.
It’s the best gift in the world and a privilege to have the title. We don’t need one day a year to celebrate that, because that gift is with you every single day ❤️
Diamond Life?
It sure is.
As Café del Mar celebrates it's 46th year of iconic sunsets today, I thought we’d share a little special moment from the last time we were lucky enough to be in that booth.
Me, Bri Buckle and MarmaJam, absolutely loving life to Diamond Life.
This little clip sums up so much of what FML does for us as DJs.
The music, the people, the moments and the places it takes us.
And we’ve got the other angle to show you as well 👀

Last year we did five Sunset Sessions at Wi-Ki-Woo.
It had always been a dream of mine to DJ while the sun was setting, with that postcard-perfect, iconic Ibiza sunset right there.
Then came the reality of the 2025 season…
Thunderstorms, rain, clouds and out of those five dates last year, we only got one proper sunset.
This year, when I arrived back at Wi-Ki-Woo for the first time, it looked like history was repeating itself.
Grey skies again. No sunset again.
Even the staff were winding me up…
“Here he is, Mister Jones, the guy who brings the rain with him.”
But then, for just a little while, it sneaked out.
So here I am, enjoying a moment behind the decks, praising the sun.
Two weeks today, we are back at Wi-Ki-Woo for Sunset Sessions.
Fingers crossed we get a beautiful sunset.
So looking forward to being back on the island.

And if you have, I’ll see you in the fields.
