All Covid-19 travel restrictions have been lifted effective 22nd September. Travellers are no longer required to take a pre-departure test or show proof of vaccination.
Congratulations to recently crowned Miss Samoa 2022/23 Haylani Kuruppu, we were privileged to have hosted her here at Taumeasina Island Resort.

Once again it was our pleasure to visit the Little Sisters of the Poor at Mapuifagalele, they do such a wonderful job here in Samoa.
A small representative team including Tuiataga Nathan Bucknall from Taumeasina Island Resort arrived at Mapuifagalele today and served a lunch prepared by our new Chef Rajinder Kothiyal, who recently arrived from another post in Papua New Guinea.
Among the items served for lunch was an amazing sweet and sour fish, chicken and cauliflower, salads, desserts, fruits, and of course everyoneβs favourite, braised Taro.
It was a pleasure to be able to spend some time with both the residents and the nuns, as the last time we visited was late 2020.
