A message from our Founders - Wyndi and Eli Tagi, after winning three awards at the 2021 Xero Awards last week... cheeehooooo!!

Today WE Outsourcing in Samoa welcomed the first cohort of new team members for 2022.
7 bright sparkling accountants, starting their careers and supporting their aiga (family).
During their day today they met with our WE Founders, Eli and Wyndi. The hui started with a short mihi whakatau and then Eli and Wyndi shared their personal stories and the story of WE, followed by the vision for WE Outsourcing and the opportunities ahead.

This kapu tī we speak with Tony Laulu who shares his experience with social media and how he is educating people on better social media usage.
I even ask him the hard question - "How do you advertise your business, while reducing your time on social media"
We also share some tips on how to control what you absorb on social media.
Funnily enough, we will be asking you to stay on social media to watch this one lol

Hear how they pulled through and are now thriving and how they are juggling business and jobs at the same time.
This kapu tī is filled with laughs, I trust you'll enjoy it!

We love to educate and give back to our communities!
Last Friday, our WE Samoa GM, Moananu Tyrone Laurenson
presented to Samoa Primary School during their workshop held at Taumeasina Resort.
His presentation was relating STEM to careers within the Police Service and ranged from

to Specialist Roles (helicopter pilot, launch master)
to Practical (Criminal Investigation Branch, Serious Crash Units, crime scene investigation, natural and man-made disasters and measuring scenes)
through to Financial Intelligence Units (yes - of course we had to discuss accounting as a career - investigating money laundering, major drugs crimes importation etc.)
to Assets Recovery (e.g. post search warrants, seizure of assets believed to be the proceeds of crime - drugs, money, properties (houses, motor vehicles, boats etc.)
A hugely successful workshop!
Thank you to Samoa Primary School for inviting Moananu Tyrone Laurenson along.
