The Company develops and manages the PHILAND Ranch Master Plan (PRMP), located in Chu Lai, Quang Nam Province of central Vietnam. All licenses
and permits for land usage and construction permits are registered under PhiLand Vietnam Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, granted by the Authority of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, Quang Nam Province, as authorized by the central government of Vietnam. Today, Vietnam is Southeast Asia’s second most economically thriving country behind China. Despite its misfortunes with war, Vietnam has been able to preserve her culture, the beautiful country, heritage and the people’s simple elegance, primarily in the central region. This area is not overdeveloped with a mismatch of uniformity like other parts of the country. The central and provincial governments have demonstrated a series of proactive business investment policies over the last seven years to attract more industry into region.
