💎 JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set team goals consistently with overall functional ones.
- Apprehend well the Service Contracts between the Clients and the Firm. Upon approval by Manager, communicate with clients and local authorities. Manage and be responsibility for the quality and deadline of working papers/reports, documents as required by tax authorities and terms and conditions of the Service Contract.
- Allocate, supervise, guide and motivate team members to complete the scheduled workload.
- Review and be responsibility for the bookkeeping performed by team members.
- Support clients to handle/solve issues related to tax authorities.
- Plan and assign team members to solve outstanding, mistakes of client’s accounting data and tax reports.
- Propose and implement ideas and methods related to team tasks.
- Update effectively tax policies, accounting policies related to team’s tasks.
- Collect clients’ feedbacks and give advice to Manager for improvement.
- Report progress and performance work weekly/monthly/quarterly to Manager and Partner.
