Caymus is located on 73 acres in Rutherford - owned and farmed since the 1940s by the Wagner family. The families of Caymus founders Charlie and Lorna Belle Glos Wagner emigrated from the winegrowing regions of Alsace, France and Rheinpfalz, Germany, respectively, and have roots in Napa Valley going as far back as the mid-1850s.
Caymus has a signature style that is dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe tannins – as approachable in youth as in maturity. Our Cabernet offers layered, lush aromas and flavors, including cocoa, cassis and ripe berries.

We would like to inform you that from 8 January 2022, Soho Corner winebar will be relocated at: 43 Vo Truong Toan, Thao Dien ward, District 2, Saigon.
Our new place offers us the opportunity to better serve our customer.
Our phone numbers remained unchanged. Our Facebook has been updated with the new address. We have also attached a map printout so you can find us easily.

During the month after the relocation, we are having ‘happy day’ and we would be delighted if you would visit us at our new address where we will be offering and discounts on any purchases you make during that time.

A prestigious domain
1959, the year in which William Fèvre declared his first crop, marked the birth of the domain. Descended from a family which had lived in the Chablis region for over 250 years, it was only natural that he set up as a winemaker with 7 hectares of vineyards.

Over the years the domain has acquired new vineyards in Chablis, all located in the historic terroirs. William Fèvre has become one of the biggest land owners in Chablis with 78 hectares of prestigious vineyards, of which 15.9 are classified as Premiers Crus and 15.2 as Grand Crus.
