Suspension is set! Bike finally feels like it is my bike! Clearance is pretty much double from the stock Asian model. The lean is the biggest issues now. On to get that fixed.

Nitron R3 is on, now needs to be tuned. The height change is very noticeable and the lean on the bike is crazy now. For sure need a new kickstand.

Well yesterday was a bit of a roller coaster.

What I thought we had in Asia was the same forks as the western ones, with a lowering kit, but coming to find out we have tubes that are the specs of the western ones, but the lower connect mounts are not and inside we guess it's pretty much the same as a Duke 200, very disappointed and happy I decided to upgrade. To do the upgrade we had to take a Duke 390 lower tubes. At first the mechanic tried to use just that, but he said it was a bit off, 99% ok, but he wants 100%, I liked that. So he ended up going back to my tube and taking the duke 390 tube ends and adding the Andreani Group Fork Kit to the hybrid lower tubes.

There is one more aspect, we discovered during the tunning, that my weight, 90+ kg right now, I'm going to need a stronger spring, but that's easy and doesn't cost that much. Already I can just feel how different this is.

Key points, you will notice that 390's and 401's outside of Asia have a hole on the bottom mount of the suspension, where as Asian ones are closed. The kit needs this hole. Video will be coming soon where we go over this but here are some pictures.

I would like to say thanks for the people at Revzone pointing me to the right person to get things done, it's good to see the community here work together. It wasn't their fault, it seems that the information to what we have here in Asia isn't clear, I hope this helps someone else.
