Debt recovery for enterprise is always a headache for business owners
To be effective, it requires legal knowledge, experience and debt handling skills that not all businesses can meet
Hereafter we will share the fastest and most economical way to recover debts

Review and compare all debt documents provided by CLIENTs, check if there are enough legal basis.
Verifying information of the Debtor:
+Check on the enterprise registration information portal about the operational status of the enterprise;
+ Verify information at the Department of Planning and Investment about the enterprise's information, bank account number of enterprise.
+ If debtor is an individual, verify their permanent address, and current residence;
Preliminarily verify the debtor's ability to pay debts. Does the debtor possess any property? Is she or he in debt to many people?....

Through the verification process, if the debt record is found to be valid and has a legal basis for recovery, the enterprise will prepare a notification about the debt payment request. During this time, if the debtor is willing to cooperate in paying the debt, the enterprise will collect the debt according to the agreed method.
On the contrary, during the time the enterprise requests debt payment to the debtor, but the debtor shows an unwillingness to repay the debt, the enterprise will carry out the necessary legal procedures to sue the debtor to the legal authority.

After approaching the debtor to negotiate on debt recovery but the debtor is not willing to cooperate in debt settlement, our LAWYER 's office/LAW firm will carry out legal procedures to sue the debtor as a representative of the enterprise with the following steps:
+ File a lawsuit for debt recovery or request the Court to open bankruptcy proceedings against the debtor side
+ Prepare a notice of lawsuit to send to the debtor;
+ File a lawsuit petition;
+ Make request to competent authorities for applying temporary emergency measures to prevent the debtor from dispersing and hiding their assets.
+ Participate in lawsuits, present opinions to protect the interests of CLIENTs at court of first instance and at court of appeal upon court summons;
+ Provide instructions for making a petition for judgment enforcement when the sentence becomes legally effective.
+ During this period, we will appoint a lawyer to protect the legitimate rights and benefits of the CLIENTs at the prosecuting agency.

Lawyer's travel expenses to help clients recover debts.
Remuneration and reward extraction for lawers from CLIENTs in case our lawyers help to collect debts for CLIENTs will be reasonably considered: Depending on the complexity of a file and the time and efforts of our lawyers spent to collect debt.

[English below] Bản Đồ Cứu Trợ của From Saigon to Saigon

■ Tìm hiểu về nhóm From Saigon To Saigon: https://bit.ly/AllAboutFSTS_VN

Và thực tế, tên nhóm bây giờ nên là From The World To Saigon (tạm dịch: Cả Thế giới hướng về Sài Gòn).

Ở đầu cầu châu Âu, chị Cẩm Anh, một kiều bào Pháp cũng gây quỹ From Paris To Saigon.

From Saigon to Saigon’s Map of Love

Throughout the journey to draw this map of love, FSTS has been incredibly grateful to receive an outpouring of community support from all across the world. Together, we have helped over 9000 impoverished families in Saigon.

From now till the end of September, we are striving our very best to support about 100 more neighborhoods amongst over 1000 requests for support that we have received. In this last effort before we all go back to "the new normal", we have one last request to make: we are calling for the last 680 million VND to help feed another 2000 families, among them 600 children. We sincerely hope that you, our precious friends, can continue to support us in this last part of the journey so that we can deliver the fullest love to the people in need of Saigon.

Our project’s name – “From Saigon To Saigon” –means that Saigon people always look out for each other. More than ever, in this fight against the 4th COVID wave, it is the spirit that we all need.

For thousands of generations, compassion and selflessness have been the core pillars of Vietnamese culture. Throughout history, ancestors fought to defend our land and protect our people as a united nation. Yet as young adults of this generation, we have never seen this spirit so gung-ho and materialized like the past 2 weeks. As a matter of fact, we might consider changing our name to “From the world to Saigon”.

The FSTS team was fortunate enough to have the trust and support from renowned funds and organizations across the globe. So far, we have been bolstered by the “VietBay” group – a charity fund established by the Vietnamese community in the San Francisco Bay Area, USA; “Chance To Grow” – a charity run by Vietnamese communities in Germany; and “Armidale Vietnam Fundraising” – a charity organization of the Vietnamese community in Australia. We also have friends at the “Hong Kong Association Business Vietnam” fund – a non-governmental organization whose members are Hong Kong businessmen in Vietnam. In addition, the group also received support from within the country, including from the “Save Son Doong” project and the “We Wake Up” Foundation.

Besides NGOs, many enterprises, as well as individuals, also stood up to raise funds and sponsor FSTS. Donations come in different forms, but they are all heartwarming and precious.

One of our biggest donors is the South Saigon Internation School (SSIS) who funded dozens of projects and helped hundreds of low-income households. Fulbright University Vietnam donated both as an institution and as individual members, offering tremendous financial, technical, and emotional support. DEK Technologies and DEK Foundation also made timely donations that we deeply appreciate and of course, our precious friends from Global Shapers Ho Chi Minh City Hub.

The “Rice Pot of Love” project in Hanoi hosted an online event and initiated a rather new donation model: when someone donates a certain 1 amount to FSTS, they will correspond with the exact same amount so that the original donation is doubled. Students at “The Book Circle” in Thai Nguyen province opened an IELST course and gave us all the profits. Another avid advocate of ours is “Spread The Love”, a small group of friends who share a common purpose of spreading love to people in need and positivity to everyone.

On the other side of the world, the cafe chain Nguyen Coffee Supply in the US created a campaign calling for customers and everyone to join hands and help Vietnamese people overcome the epidemic. Posted on their Instagram account, their appeal created a wave of warm support from all over the world. From a more personal standpoint, Ms. Lan Le and Mr. Quan Nguyen, two Vietnamese Australians, have called for the establishment of the “From Sydney To Saigon” and “From Canberra To Saigon” funds. Meanwhile, all the way from Europe, Ms. Cam Anh, a Vietnamese Frenchwoman, also created “From Paris To Saigon”. We have plenty of other lovely stories.

These past months have witnessed Vietnam in general and Saigon, in particular, suffers so much hardship and loss in terms of economy, public health, and people’s wellbeing. But those difficulties have only fueled our vigor and sense of responsibility towards our community even more. FSTS is among many groups of friends who love this city and try every day to race against time in order to "leave no one behind." Because we believe that the pandemic will pass, and after the rain comes the rainbow.

[News] Health ministry says Covid patients still cannot leave homes
The health ministry on Monday night explained a policy to allow Covid-19 cases to "get out of quarantine", saying they're only allowed to leave their rooms, not their homes.
In a new guideline to manage Covid-19 at home issued the same day, the Ministry of Health said Covid-19 cases should try not to leave quarantine and go outside, but if they have to, masks and social distancing are required to prevent infection.
Many understood the guidance meant Covid-19 patients could leave their homes when necessary.
However, Deputy Health Minister Nguyen Truong Son on Monday night said Covid-19 cases are only allowed to leave the rooms where they're quarantined at. There has been no guideline on allowing Covid-19 cases to leave their houses and go outside yet, he added.

People taking care of Covid-19 patients or stay in the same house must always wear masks and try to keep their distances while interacting with Covid-19 cases. Quarantine locations must be well-ventilated, and people should refrain from using objects that are hard to be cleaned, for example stuffed animals.
