The Holy Spirit spoke to me as I was going about my day, "Not making a decision is an actual decision."
​
​Take a look at these illustrations:
​
​💫applying for a job but not turning up for the interview
​💫ignoring a call or message; making plans with friends but not showing up
​💫 being afraid to complete an application or assignment
​ 💫accepting Christ but not trusting, living, or obeying.
​💫made up mind and no action
​
​With regard to the preceding examples, we can see the consequences of not making a decision. We have to understand that with or without our input life will go on, decisions will be made on your behalf.
​
​A closed mouth is said to mean a closed future.The first thing you need to do to get where you want to go, is make a decision and stay committed.
​
​The Bible says “if we lack wisdom we should ask”.

Today I pray that you gain the power to make decisions and commit no matter what you’re going through!
​
​Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.
​Proverbs 18:21

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

As stated in the Bible, we cannot serve two masters. Jesus commanded us to "seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness," so I'm urging you to stay centered on him today.

I have recently become really afraid of sinning or going against God's will, not because I'm “soft”. I'm not looking forward to facing God's judgment.

Be obedient to the voice and authority that is in charge of everything today so that everything will work out for you. You can avoid falling because of Jesus.

Command the day to obey your voice and do not be moved 🙏🏾 Selah

​We have a tendency to demand things from God; Only when we’re in need we know him and can pray without ceasing . In times of desperation we know how to quote scriptures and plead the blood of Jesus.
​
​There are prerequisites to seeing or experiencing the kingdom of God. From Genesis to Revelation God made this know to us. What he requires of us is not a secret nor is it hidden.
​
​We need to change the way we approach God.
​
​Lord I come humbly into your presence not because I want to ask for anything. I have approached you incorrectly many times, most times I have been selfish. You are not a last resort for me to come to when I find myself in trouble. You should be my first, in between and last person I consult with. As I desire to change, I ask that you teach me the sound of your voice. Reveal the purpose of why I am here, so that I can begin to do what you require of me. Thank you for the grace you have given me, I pray that my thoughts , deeds and actions are pleasing to you. In Jesus name Amennnn 🙏🏾

If I could be candid and honest, I often needed a break in my life.
​
​Over time, your soul will be filled with life's problems. There is a way to Reset your life according to God's plan.
​
​ These are the basic steps to reset a device:
​Tap Settings > General > Reset >
​Then tap Erase All Content and Settings
​
​💫 The first step to "factory reset" is to admit that something is wrong; returning God. God will reveal the root cause of your problems and give you instructions on how to fix your life.
​💫Give me the permission to come in and change your life. With your device, you have give it permission to do a factory reset. Start today by giving God the authority to delete something’s from your life.
​
​Once you give the device permission to reset, there is no going back. It will erase everything and restore your device to its original state (when purchased).
​
​If there’s no going back with your device reset why do we always walk away or stop what God is doing?
​
​When God resets you, it is always to make you better, not to let you down.
​
​Return to the LORD your God today, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity.
​

You re not everyone’s savior Part 2:
​
​Let’s look at how Peter healed the lame beggar, I believe this can reprogram you so you’ll no longer be a venting machine.
​
​This man had it bad; he could not walk plus he had to beg. What was puzzling is, he had to beg from the people who put him at the gate everyday.
​
​This man probably asked them to leave him there because he felt his condition discounted him (sometimes we get used to our circumstances/situations thinking it’s the norm). He may have said to him self people will have pity on him because he’s lame and give freely.
​
​Let’s apply some of the techniques Peter and John used to help the man:
​
​💫1. Stand up for yourself and be stern to get the persons attention - they might think you’re about to help
​💫2. Let them know the truth- often times we don’t have to give or have the energy to give advise they would never use. When you can’t help they will find it somewhere else or figure it out
​💫3. Offer them Jesus- the saying goes “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.” Offering them the gift of Jesus will enable them to do what they couldn’t. Remember you were once in there position(maybe not the same way but in some related situations) extend grace to them
​💫4.Help them: If they accept the gift of Christ; Scriptural advice , your testimony. Their faith will enable them to walk.
​
​If you continually give you will be empty: physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally.
​
​Be strong enough to stand up for you. Preserve your settings. 🙏🏾💗
​

​Remember this: you taking care of you or putting you first isn’t selfish.
​
​There is a difference with helping and being used. When they only call you when they need a favor, money or advise to satisfy their ignorance is being used.
​
​As the spirit of God spoke to me on this issue I heard:
​
​You are not a “venting machine. “…. Ok back up…
​
​what is a vending machine? A vending machine is a machine that dispenses snacks , drinks, etc when a coin is inserted. Vending machines only accept certain notes, you have to insert the money face up and it gives back change.
​
​Then we can say as a venting machine; you accept gossip, peoples feelings (which are always negative and depressive), their ongoing stories about how they don’t have or can’t pay for something, relationship drama and the list can go on to eternity.
​
​After inserting their negativity in your soul, you would help them because that’s what we do. But if you are not programmed like a vending machine who rejects crushed notes or torn dollars you will not function well.
​
​Stop allowing people to continually manipulate your programming.
​
​Many of us can do with a reset. The manufacturer sent his son as our savior…..
​

Deep thoughts on my mind.
​
​I have made many mistakes in my adult life that has distorted my vision. Decisions that have caused me to step out of relationship with God.
​
​When I think back on where I was it grieves me to think that I really was that way, or doing those things.
​
​Today as I reflected on my past, I asked my self. What did it profit me to gain everything and lose my peace?
​
​In the pursuit of love, happiness , success, etc be-careful that you don’t lose the little you have.
​
​When you have a relationship with God you have everything. You have so much to gain. Whatever you are seeking he has the best version.
​
​The world will give you what you want quickly, but what God gives is eternal. Not limited to time, seasons or your financial status, education etc.
​
​Let Christ be the reason you live, die to the world and the things of the world. Life is short, the days are evil, your life is nothing to some. I say You are worth it and God loves you.
​
​For to me, to live is Christ [He is my source of joy, my reason to live] and to die is gain [for I will be with Him in eternity].
​
