Коллеги, Государственный комитет по развитию туризма Республики Узбекистан опубликовал статистику роста количества средств размещения по итогам 2019 года в сравнении с тем же периодом прошлого года.

Согласно данным, количество средств размещения увеличилось на 214 отелей, номерной фонд на 4 855, и коек мест на 9 715.

Эти цифры несомненно указывают на быстрый рост и развитие сферы гостеприимства.

ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ УСЛУГ ТУРИСТАМ В ГОСТИНИЦАХ ИЛИ ЧЕМУ МОЖНО НАУЧИТЬСЯ У МЕКСИКАНСКИХ КОЛЛЕГ?
Услуги гостиниц начинаются с аэропорта. Туристов встречают агенты с дощечками, где написано название
гостиницы и имена прибывших данным рейсом. Агенты приводят прибывших к микроавтобусам отелей и передают менеджерам по регистрации.
1. В гостиницах имеется стенды или уголки , где размещена .информация о возможных услугах и турах( музеях, театрах, концертах)
2. Организованы услуги вокруг бассейна: лотки по выдачи полотенц, прохлодительных напитков, мороженого, продажи сувениров и др)
3. Музыкалный центр( в том числе по заказам)
4. Один из работников обслуживает отдыхающих на лежанках ,принимая и доставляя заказы ( напитки, соки..)Причем, используется передвижная двухколесная установка. ( см - видео)
5. практикуются концерты для отдыхающих прямо в холле или специальном концертном зале или даже вокруг открытого бассейна. Думаю у нас студенты Института культуры и Театрально- художественного могут подрабатывать и в течении дня и организуя вечерние концерты. Причем, их услуги для гостиницы могут быть бесплатными, а поошрение - за счет добровольной платы туристов( их называют за рубежом ТИПАМИ.)
6. Специальные машины ( или концертных залов города, или театров, или самих гостиниц ) доставляют желающих ,заранее заказавших и купивших билеты из холла гостиницы в развлекательные зрелища города. По комнатам заказы принимаются за один день в холле гостиницы. Причем представители различных туристичеких агенств и водители их имеют различного цвета спец одежду. Одним словом деятели искусств, гостиничный персонал, транспортные агенства работают в одной команде.
Разные цвета спецодежду имеют и обслуживающий персонал гостиницы ,в зависимости вида услуги: дверей встречающие и размещающие багаж - коричнивый, регистрирующие темно- синий, уборщицы - серый, менеджеры , организующие туры по городу и развлекательным центрам - белый и т. д. В туалетах идеальная чистота( используются ароматизаторы, антибактериальные жидкости ..) В холлах также поставлены бутылочки с антибактериальными жидкостями.
7. Всюду - не только в комнатах , так же в кафе и ресторанах, холлах, вокруг бассейна, в местах для отдыха на открытом воздухе имеется бесплатный интернет , WI FI .
8. В некоторых уголках( массажный, маникюр- педикюр, косметологичекий кабинеты) в комнатах ожидания имеются столики с напитками и фруктами( обычно очередей нет, но все же)
9.Для удобства туристов еще при регистрации на руку пристегивают браслеты из тонкого пластика. На браслете имеется код, который служит ключем от двери , выделенной крмнаты, также его расшифрровывает официант кафе или ресторана специальным аппаратом, на экоане которого высвечивается Имя. Фам. и комната туриста. Кстати, и здесь в знак уважения, когда здороваются руки прикладываю к груди. Так нас с Кати Перриго встретили девушки из ресепшена.
Что удивительно, внутри гостиницы, вокруг и даже, когда мы шли от гостиницы до берега моря , чтобы на карабле поплыть к « Острову женщин» за минут 30 не встретили ни одного полицейского, так же и в порту их не было. Тем не менее ,безопасность вполне обеспечена: местное население озобочено только тем, как угодить туристам, а сами туристы друг другу очень дружелюбны и внимательны. См .фотки -

Mobile tandoor

Today I witnessed a family run mobile restaurant that serves herbal samusa right by the highway, former Silk Road camel trail leading to Tashkent from Fergana valley.

"Business comes to where tourist is" and it is the busiest highway in Central Asia. After covid affected some families badly, some breadwinners cannot find job abroad, small and micro enterprises try to benefiting from the country's mobile middle class as well as frequent tourists who want nomadic fast food after or before exhaustive drive thru mauntainpass.

This particular family mounted home tandoor on the wheel and with basic furniture they could make small eatery that was crowded by passers-by.

Tip #1: Best time for such treat is late February till end of March bcoz during that time fresh herbs grow underneath of the snow blanket.

Tip #2: Support such small family businesses by stopping by and trying their simple dishes.
