Reading that before my workout (knowing that I’m STILL modifying everything) gave me the push to be in the moment as I press towards being fully recovered..
healing from an injury takes time.. lots of time.
Fueling my body with good nutrition aids greatly in the healing process..
My food so far today:
Cinnamon sweet potato & Turkey taco salad.

Started my day with this little veggie plate! Zucchini, celery, bell peppers & sweet chili garlic hummus 🥰 SO GOOD! It also has enough Vitamin C to meet the recommended amount for the entire day!

Todays BLT salad was so big, I’ll be eating it in two sittings 🤣
On a walk and noticed all the different colors ❤️
