As we strive to grow our portfolio of various culinary destinations, we have decided to focus on preparing Greer’s Burger Garage for a franchise model. This latest project will allow us to create a new experience that can be replicated all over Pennsylvania. Even just nine months removed from its grand opening Greer’s has ascended to become one of the best burgers in York. With the location in Hanover, Greer’s will be a modern fast-casual eatery. Focused on high quality ingredients, regional specialty recipes, & impeccable atmosphere paired with a seasonal open air experience in our one of a kind roof top dining room.

We look forward to becoming apart of the growing culinary scene in downtown Hanover! We are excited to get the doors open and share our Delicious burgers and garage fries with you all!

A rooftop event space at the Holiday Inn Lancaster, The Imperial Restaurant Terrace, opened this summer! Don't have an event planned to take advantage of the views? Their Sunday brunch buffet has a rotating menu so stop by and try something different every week!

*Brunch has been moved inside for the winter months but will return to the Terrace in the spring!

The Greystone Golf & Country Club in Birmingham, Alabama prides itself on its southern hospitality. The club opened its doors in 1991 to 150 charter members and has steadily grown to include tennis courts, swimming facilities, fitness center, as well as several dining options.

We created this patio space rendering with The H. Chambers Company as Greystone continues to update their look to better serve guests!

Located in Wilmington, North Carolina, the Cape Fear Country Club began in 1896 and was first located in a public park. Over the years the clubhouse has been rebuilt and relocated and we were thrilled to add a chapter to the legacy of the club by visualizing the new men's lounge area for our client, The H. Chambers Company.

Did you know that Frank Lloyd Wright pioneered the open floor plan for residential spaces? The concept joins rooms such as the dining room, kitchen, and living room into one "great room." This rendering of a home in the Retreat at Westfields community by Craftmark Homes is a great example. The open layout promotes entertaining, movement, and socializing.

Historic building with character? Check. Central location in Downtown York City? Check. Lighthouse Brewery? Not quite yet! This was just one reimagining for Royal Square Development & Construction of the interior of the Lighthouse in Downtown York as a microbrewery.

The York County Economic Alliance recently received a $1 million RACP grant to aid in the redevelopment efforts of Glen Rock's Ruins Hall! We worked with them to create this rendering showcasing the space and its potential for public art displays, visitor experiences, and increased accessibility.

Just off the York County Rail Trail Authority Heritage Rail Trail, the renovated Ruins Hall will draw business and visitors alike to the Glen Rock area upon its completion!

Fall wedding season is in full swing! The Englewood in Hershey, Pennsylvania recently opened its books for weddings and elopements for Central PA couples looking for a unique, historical venue. The venue is also a prime destination for local brews and bites either inside the renovated barn or outside on the patio! We had the opportunity to create this beautiful rendering for The Englewood ahead of its restoration.

Large Housing Complex On South Orange Avenue For Seniors Will Open In Early 2023 An 86,000-square-foot complex for seniors, on West South Orange Avenue in Livingston, is now set to open in early 2023.

We're throwing it back today to The Fritz speakeasy at Vault 634 in Allentown! The venue has a rich local history as the Lehigh Valley Trust Company but has found new life as an upscale event venue. Couples can relive the gilded age as they say their vows to one another, birthday celebrations can immerse guests in a lavish Gatsby-esque fantasy, or companies can host memorable events at a beautifully restored local landmark.

Howard Kulp Architects, PC was tasked by Jaindl Enterprises with both preserving the building's history and catering to the needs of today as they carefully restored and redesigned the spaces.
