Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Marketing Works team!

Marketing Works updated their business hours.

We are celebrating on this windy Friday. Have a far out weekend!

Here we GROW again! We recently welcomed Jeff Wirick to our team as Project Manager.
Jeff brings 10+ years of experience helping physicians and organizations grow their online presence with his writing, digital marketing, social media, and strategic communications expertise. At Marketing Works, he is working to ensure that all strategic, creative, and tactical moving parts work together seamlessly for our clients!
“We are excited to have Jeff on board and look forward to the value that his wealth of relevant experience will add!” said Marketing Works President Tina Rudisill.
Welcome, Jeff!

Our staff came together this week for a Halloween-themed lunch and pumpkin coloring. It was a scary good time. 😉
Happy Halloween, pumpkins! Be safe + enjoy.

Each year, on this day, it seems like life slows down and we take a collective pause — to honor, to mourn, to remember. We will never forget those we lost on 9/11/2001.

Thank you to our fearless leader, Tina Gasket Rudisill, for 30 remarkable years of molding Marketing Works into the agency it is today. We wouldn’t “work” without your creative, strategic mind and your endless dedication to this crazy work family.
Happy 30th anniversary!

With the proper safety measures in place, plus our new sidewalk decor, we are SO thrilled to welcome our employees back into the office today! Our team of creatives is undoubtedly better together.

While we celebrate with our families and friends today, let us not forget why and for whom we are celebrating. This Memorial Day, we remember those who lost their lives fighting for this great country.

It's always a fun time of year when we're able to build on our awards wall. Each award is a welcomed testament to the unique and wonderful collaborations we create with our clients.
We're particularly fond of the new plaques for this year -- they're bright, colorful, and just our style. Thanks for looking!

Happy New Year, everyone! Enjoy the evening and be safe.

Warm wishes on this Christmas day!

We are so grateful for the opportunity to partner with Children's Home of York to help a family in need this holiday season. If you're able to assist others in any way during this season of giving—whether through donations, toys, or even your time—please do! Every contribution makes a difference. It truly is the most wonderful time of the year.

The holidays are upon us!
Each year, our employees create new ornaments for our agency Christmas tree. They can be personal or work related -- whatever inspires us. We continue to be impressed with everyone's creativity. Enjoy!

The Marketing Works team weren’t the only ones in the Halloween spirit... check out the photo below showing Halloween cookie bouquets we put together for an orthopedic client in Florida. They were delivered to referring physicians with the message “We appreciate your business... no bones about it!” 🎃

Happy Halloween from the MW team!
Featuring Red Riding Hood & the Big Bad Wolf, a "Minnie" bar, a classic Mean Girls reference, Darth before Darth, coffee & donuts, Chip & Joanna, and Captain Marvel!

We love hearing positive feedback from clients, and we loved being a part of the Cultural Revolution program at Heritage Hills Golf Resort!

At Marketing Works, we practice what we preach. To that end, we took an introspective look at our healthcare division and said “what we do is really different” and “how could we tell our story in a more meaningful way?” What we came up with is unique (anyone surprised?) and dare we say, “spot on!”
Our current name – Marketing Works Healthcare – seemed to pigeonhole us as marketers which translates into advertising for many. Ugh! We’ve spent countless hours educating people about what marketing really is – pretty much everything they do that leaves an impression on a customer.
So, here’s what we did…
We changed our name to MW Healthcare and created a new logo that includes a butterfly icon. Why a butterfly? Because it’s symbolic of the transformation process which is exactly what we do with our clients. We've also given our team members the title of "transformationologists" to make sure people know what we do!

We had such a wonderful time yesterday during our Make Someone's Day FISH event with Paint and Enjoy Painting Parties! Our entire team was together for the first time this year (that's what happens when you're spread out over the East coast) and our festive paint party was exactly the team building activity we needed. Happy Holidays from our crazy bunch of snowmen to yours!
Awesome Party!

Happy Halloween, from our festive crew to yours! 👻☠️🎃

It's the 12th of October and it's finally starting to feel like fall. Our office is all decked out and feeling festive!

How to Name (or in Some Cases, Rename) Your Company
Choosing a name can be challenging enough for a startup company... but what happens when it becomes apparent, after years in business, that an existing brand is just, well, wrong?
The situation is more common than one might think—founders often make branding mistakes the first time out. For instance, did you know that Google was originally called... BackRub?
Yep!
Here's an article from Entrepreneur that offers some great insights—both for naming brand new companies, and for those "rebranding moments" when a business realizes that it's time for a change.
