This is where I get excited. 😊 Turning measurements and floor plans into a 3D visual helps my clients feel confident in their design decisions and gives them a glimpse of what’s to come. On to the next project!

Design isn’t always demolition and pretty reveal photos.

This week is full of waiting on client feedback, final selections, and product deliveries before several projects can move forward.

While I wait, I’m making sure small details (like custom trim) are on point, checking in with vendors, and organizing everything for the next install.

What’s one project around your home you’ve been putting off?

In an effort to feel focused, accomplished, and continue to better the work/life balance (especially as a business owner!), I created a daily checklist of things that were important to me (and bought myself a cute new mug to encourage better water intake 🙃). This list itself was inspired by the “75 Hard Challenge” - look it up!

Two things I love on this list are:
1. Dream-Build Task - this allows small wins towards goals that will eventually be fulfilled
2. Reading 10 pages a day - non-fiction, business related, or self betterment

Today my dream-build task was simply replying to an email. ✅

The book I chose first is one I’ve been wanting to read since the day I purchased it (months ago!) but never made it a priority. Now I can’t put it down! It was written by someone I know personally and I’ve always admired his creativity and drive. Stay tuned… once I finish the book, I’ll share more about his inspirational spirit and how we worked together on a past project!

Restaurant layout exploration 🍻

Hospitality design is so much more than “where tables go.” Every decision impacts guest flow, staffing efficiency, seating flexibility, visibility, accessibility, atmosphere, and overall experience.

For this project, I explored several layout concepts — weighing the pros and cons of each option to find the best balance between function and feel.

Some layouts maximize seating. Others improve circulation, privacy, or live-event flexibility. Small changes can completely change how a space feels and operates.

This is one of my favorite parts of the design process: solving problems creatively while helping clients visualize possibilities before construction begins. ✨

Clearly this space is still a work in progress…. But I couldn’t hold out on sharing this any longer!

This fireplace surround was carefully made from large format porcelain. Don’t get me wrong, porcelain tile is beautiful… but this large format version is to die for! 😍

No grout lines. Smooth mitered edges. Veining that matches from the front to the sides - creating the illusion that someone molded it around the fireplace.

Frank's Marble and Granite, you’ve wowed us yet again, except this time on a larger scale than countertops. We didn’t know that was a thing! But now the possibilities are endless!

Looking forward to the countertop portion of this project…. But first - cabinets!
