Today we will be feasting on a small bounty of BBQ from the incredible @wiremillbbq in Redding CT. Gino the pit master gave us a tour of their pits and the loveliness that was smoking away. I implore all of our friends and customers in Westchester to visit the Wire Mill and taste the smoke. Great people and incredible BBQ! Gotta Love CT!

@kamadojoe series 3 has arrived in Yonkers after a nearly 6 month sabbatical. We are already selling through the stock so pass this along to a bbq enthusiast and let them follow the smoke to Yonkers for a deal. Spring is coming!

I am very honored to have been gifted the personal hat from NYC’s greatest butcher, Peter from @vincentsmeatmarket on Arthur Ave in the Bronx. It is now on display in ROF and I will be wearing it in select YouTube videos. Folks it’s very simple - if you want the best selection of prime meat as well as specialty cuts like Picanha and Tri-Tip, contact Vincent’s. They now deliver almost daily in Westchester and CT.

Take 2! This tomahawk got “Otto-ized”! Within 24 hrs of putting the @ottowildegrillers Pro grill on disolay a happy customer in snagged one and proceeded to spread infrared love all over those chops. I’m bringing one home!

We have now adjusted and adapted to the supply chain garbage, as we have been dealing with it for over a year now. We have pivoted to brands that are A) in stock and B) are high quality. I’ve moved. I’m settling in.
I’m getting more product. That means YouTube vids and IG posts are about to start landing in tonnage. Here we have a build, 2 islands , one for fire , one for cooling/bar setup. Put a bow on this one. A challenging project but the end results are worth it. Customer went with a @dcsoutdoor grill, @alfaovens pizza oven, @kamadojoe smoker and a fire place. We provided the island as well. Not pictured on other side is the arch to store wood and the @marvelamericas outdoor fridge. To top it off I paid the customer 4 post-build visits to instruct them on how to use products. Anyone else offering that level of customer service? And to top it off, I got a flat tire heading out to him on Saturday and still made it so he could get next level for his barbecue on Sunday. I love and appreciate when folks come from afar to the Ring for their grilling needs. This fine gentleman followed the smoke from Lehigh Valley PA to Yonkers to pick up a @pittsandspitts smoker. We are NOT an appliance store, we are the tri state leader in outdoor cooking and we aim to please!

Yowza! One of our favorite projects which was executed during covid storm last year. Here we see true best in class... @memphisgrills , @lynxgrills and @danveroutdoorkitchens . This is complete OG, best of the best, Ric Flair Woooo! stuff. And these homeowners are just so damn cool.
