Second Wind is excited to once again host the "Small Agency Idea Lab" for agency principals and key managers.

When we last met in February of 2020, we had no idea what was to come just a few weeks later. As we sat learning from one another, we were blissfully unaware that our lives, and our businesses, were about to drastically change. Many were unsure what the future would hold.

With that said, we are always amazed at how resilient and forward-thinking our industry can be. Even in the face of adversity, we yearn to grow, challenge ourselves and push forward.
