In the rhythm of ministry, it’s vital to step back and realign our hearts with the heartbeat of the Father. This intentional time away is not just about rest; it’s about deepening our relationship with God, reflecting on our journey, and discerning the path ahead.

We’re doing this to:
Pause the hustle and soak in God’s presence.

Remember why we’re here and who we are called to serve.

Return filled with creativity and clarity for what’s next.

Embrace the stillness to rejuvenate ourselves as we grow.

We are reminded of the words from Matthew 11:28: “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” This promise guides our journey, assuring us that in rest, we find restoration.

We want to be healthy and believe that our walk demands intentional pauses. Keyword is INTENTIONAL!

Sabbaticals aren’t just for pastors but they bless the whole church. As leadership resets, we often see growth, fresh ideas, deeper involvement, and renewed vision.

“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

On this Memorial Day, we honor the ultimate sacrifice made by our fallen heroes. Their courage and selflessness showed profound love and sacrifice. Just as Jesus laid down His life for humanity, these brave men and women laid down theirs for the freedoms that we hold dear.
As we remember their sacrifice, let us also reflect on the call to love one another as Christ has loved us. This day serves as a reminder to love, protect, and serve one another.
Let us pray for the souls of the departed, for their families, and for all who serve to protect our nation. May God’s peace and comfort be with them.
