We're almost at the weekend, and I'm here with some quick updates and reminders to keep you moving and feeling great:

As I navigate through life’s journey, I find myself continuously drawn towards paths that resonate deeply with my soul. Diving into a new chapter that I’ve been truly searching for, I am excited to share that this direction aligns perfectly with my passion for integrative health and functional medicine. Despite changing my professional direction last year towards functional medicine, I feel strongly that God has been guiding me towards fulfilling my purpose, answering my prayers in the most profound ways.

Just last week, I embraced an opportunity that I simply couldn’t turn down—one that harmonizes with my purpose, vision, and mission within the integrative health and functional medicine field. The clarity and excitement I feel now are unmatched, perhaps because this venture involves stepping into realms I once thought were beyond me.

Just want to remind you all that what you see now isn’t always how it was! We all start somewhere, we all have a story, battles won, battles lost. We all have reasons why we make decisions to make a difference for ourselves.

It's all about lifestyle and habits.

My Journey:

* Postpartum core recovery
* Strength Training, yoga and Pilates- the workouts I teach 5 days a week
* Healthy eating habits
* Adequate water intake
* Quality sleep
* Right supplementation

I gained approximately 67-75lbs with all 3 of my pregnancies and was high-risk for the last two, limiting my ability to exercise. It took a toll on my physical and mental health, but I managed and survived. I had to be intentional with my actions, patient with the process, and maintain a positive mindset.

Ab separation in all three pregnancies was another challenge, but I never gave up. I always set goals in a positive manner and am here to continue my fitness journey, empowering other women to live a happier and healthier life. 💕

Moral of the Story: Take action, do the work, no shortcuts. It's not easy – it takes both grit and grace. It's not just about how you look, but how you feel and move. Non-scale victories are the best! Exercise improves us physically and mentally, helping us become the best version of ourselves.
