FREE sports physicals for student athletes, Saturday, June 20, from 10am–3pm at Training Wi******er
Here's what you need to know:
📍 Location: D1 Training, Wi******er, VA
🕙 Time: 10am–3pm
💰 Cost: Free — no insurance needed
🎯 Who: Any middle or high school student who needs a sports physical to play
Virginia requires a physician-completed sports physical before student athletes can compete. We're volunteering our time to make sure cost and access aren't the reason a kid sits on the sidelines.
Our goal is 200 students. Help us get there, share this post with every family who needs it!

Summer is the easiest time to build health habits that actually stick. Here are a few small shifts that add up fast:
☀️ Hydrate before you're thirsty. By the time you feel thirsty, you're already behind. Aim for at least half your body weight in ounces daily.
🥗 Add before you subtract. Focus on adding more whole foods to your plate rather than cutting things out. It's a more sustainable approach.
🏃♀️ Make movement part of your routine. A 20-minute walk is a real workout!
💧 Alcohol and sun are a dehydration combo. If you're spending time outside, balance every drink with a glass of water.
