I’ll be doing one on of my favorite things today.
Beginning to build an alter in the greenhouse .
Creating a space for my new community to honor both the love and heartache we all carry, for those beloved ones that have passed from our physical world.

I understand now that the human body can be a vessel which separates us from each other.
And that we are only able to fully be of service to one another after, the body falls away from the spirit.

I struggle a lot and intensely.
But every time when asking for help from my angel community,
they show up.
every damn time y’all.

Thank you Dad, thank you Grandmother, thank you Jessica and Sophia, thank you Slim, Whitney, Zeke.
And so many more that surround me bringing the relief that is very often needed, to stay in this fleshy bag of bones, until it is my divine time to join the band.

But oh how I do miss those bodies and their smiles, voices, music, hugs and laughter.
So very much.
But I also know we spend much more time together now than we ever did in our separated forms.
