Our salon will be reopening on June 1, 2020. Our online appointment book is open for booking. Please read our policy in it’s entirety.

POLICY

• Walk-ins are not allowed. Scheduled Appointments ONLY!

• Absolutely NO visitors or children are allowed

• If you are not feeling well, sick or you are experiencing any symptoms, or have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been around someone who has, or you are awaiting test results, DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

• All scheduled appointments will require a signature of our COVID-19 Waiver before any service is performed. Failure to sign the waiver will result in cancellation and refusal of service.

o Your temperature will be checked upon arrival.

o You will be required to sanitize your hands upon entering the salon and spa.

o You are REQUIRED to wear a mask while in the salon and spa at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

o If there is a wait time between your arrival and your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to wait in your car until directed to come in.

o All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 HRS. NO Call/NO show will be subject to a cancellation fee. Any credit card payments placed on your impending service will be retained by the salon/spa and treated as a cancellation for failure to execute the waiver and/or adhere to salon policy.
