This is an honest, caring and completely professional company. They do not up-sale you and Matt gave us an honest quote that he honored. His crew did an outstanding job in the pooring rain installing a new a/c unit at our home. I cannot say enough good things about our complete experience with this company.

We moved into our home over 3 yeras ago.Our 3 units are approximately 15 years old so we have had some minor issues with them.We have used Tennyson 4 times in the last 3 years(they were recommended by our neighbrs).They always made it out on the day we called.Last Saturday afternoon our heating unit would not come on.We were in the middle of a Birthday party for my granddaughter.Matt made it out in a couple of hours and had it fixed in about an hour.They always seem to have the parts needed and we have never had to wait for them to order parts..They have always fixed the issue on the same day.I find them to be honest and very helpful.They spend time going over areas that I can do that would improve the energy efficiency of my home.And very important to me,their charges are very reasonable..Feel free to contact me at walker2252 for a recommendation.

Tennyson air is a really great friendly company. I have nothing but wonderful things to say especially about Matt, he has fixed on my A/C unit more than once and each time has been great and showed nothing but excellent customer service. This last time he fixed on the unit he was called out late by the apartment manager and he stayed late fixing the unit to make sure my family and I had heat because was going to get really cold that night, which was really sweet and kind of Matt and for the kind things he has done fort family I greatly appreciate him!! God bless!!
