Good (chilly 🥶) morning friends! As I sit with my coffee and muffin I realize it’s been a long winter here in Michigan. With this long winter came unexpected change for me. I have decided to go back to the pharmaceutical industry after a 20+ year hiatus to raise a family (and enjoy a few passions along the way 😉). I will continue to share our family’s passion for gluten free goodies and may be able to fulfill a few special orders now & then. I cannot thank you all enough for your support and weekly visits. I hope to see many of your smiling faces at the local markets. I will surely be there weekly supporting the awesome vendors we are lucky to have ❤️.

Thanksgiving is right around the corner. This is the time of year when my kitchen goes into high gear. I LOVE holiday baking……it pairs well with holiday music 🎶 🎄. Bringing one of our favorites to the market this week, Pecan Squares. They are a delicious, delicate indulgence and perfect for Thanksgiving 🦃 (not to mention every other Holiday).
