Cadet Program training
😨Stress: a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances. Cadets have been learning about properly and efficiently putting on turn out gear. Tonight we added stress by making the drill part of a dodgeball game. After a short break to rest and rehydrate we moved on to ground ladders. 🪜The goal of our Cadet program is to give our community youth a chance to experience🔥 WHAT WE DO🔥.
