Reminder! The Williamsport Lights in the Park Parade is Saturday Dec 10th.

Parade lineup starts at 5:15 at the grade school. EVERYONE is invited to enter. Prizes for the top 3 best decorated entries!!

Parade route has changed. The parade leaves the grade school at 6pm. It will travel north on Monroe. It will turn right onto Short street and drive past the Williamsport Nursing and Rehab facility. They can’t wait to see all of the entries 🥰

The parade will then travel back down Monroe and turn left onto Ross avenue where it will continue around the park.

There are several things going on in our neighboring communities this weekend. Come on out and support some of our local fire departments.

We hosted the District 21 meeting last night and 2 of our members received length of service pins.

Calling all businesses, organizations, Churches and more! The Williamsport Park will soon be lighted with Christmas displays and if you haven’t already, please consider taking part in this community wide initiative!

Displays need to be set up by November 28th and would remain in place through January 1st. Decorate a tree or create a display as big as your imagination can take you!

Southerly winds will gust up to 25 mph and will combine with low
humidity and dry ground conditions to create elevated fire weather
conditions this afternoon and early evening...especially across
the eastern half of central Indiana.

Avoid open burning if possible this afternoon and early evening.

We had such a great time last night! Thank you all for coming and eating with us and showing off some great costumes. Can't wait till next year. Also would like to thank Jan and Randy Wurtsbaugh for donating the chips and the Williamsport Food Basket along with Eckrich for donating 500 hotdogs! We served them all.

Well what another great Motoroma and Fish Fry!

We had 86 entries to the car show, over 40 vendors. Great turnout for the Fish Fry, Vendor area, Beer Garden, Wine garden and Band.
HUGE thank you to Tim A Davis, Justin Davis, Mikayla Davis and Austin Davis for once again putting on a great event.
Congratulations to all the car show winners and others for coming to our show when there was several other shows in our area. Thanks to the vendors for returning year after year and to the new ones this year.

Thanks to the Williamsport FireFighters, Auxiliary and groups for another awesome fish fry and more!

The fish fry is over but the band is just getting started. Free to attend. American Pie on the stage in the coliseum or bring your chair and sit outside. Beer And Wine are available. Don’t forget your designated driver and your ID! We still have food vendors on site too!

When you’re done visiting all the yard sales in town, come on by the 4H Food Building and enjoy a hot, fresh fish dinner!

Going to be a great day with something for everybody. Cars, Vendors, Food, Cotten candy, Pony rides, Bounce house, American Pie Band and much more!

Cadet program. Tonight members and Cadets rotated through 3 different stations. Station 1 was practicing gearing up under stress with dodgeball. Station 2 was an intro to chainsaw operations and controlling the cut with tic tac toe. We wrapped things up with extrication tool jenga and an egg pickup contest. We are always looking for more cadets and active members, please contact us if you may be interested.

Once again Motorama of Warren County and Williamsport Indiana Fire Department will be teaming up with the Hoosier Burn Camp. Part of the car entry fee will go directly to the camp. We will also be taking donations the day of the show.
