Indie and Riff are proud to announce their new titles today!
We drove a long 6 hrs to right outside of St. Louis on Friday night after work to participate in only our second ever herding trial. If you remember, my first one was an accident where I thought it was INSTINCT tests and not an actual herding tested entry. Hendryx managed to pull off earning his HT that weekend having not seen sheep in years at that point and earning his versatility award in style.
This time though, we were ready and intentional with our entries 🤣

Indie earned her PT title with two very nice runs and with this title now qualifies for her versatility award with the BCSA making her….

Riff earned his HT title with one really nice run and one run that had me gritting my teeth unsure if he managed. He was HOT today 🥴 but he pulled it off!
This makes him eligible for his versatility award once he gets some other performance titles under his belt.
But he is now

Pending AKC approval.

Riffs DNA sample is now on file with OFA so when he gets his hips, elbows and eyes done the first weekend of June he will qualify for his CHIC # right after he turned 2!
He now has his genetic testing done where he is clear for EVERYTHING 🥳, his shoulders, patellas, BAER testing and basic cardiac done which are all normal!

Finishing off the day with an owner handled group 3 in a nice lineup for his first OH group placement! Thank you Kenneth Berg for recognizing my boy ❤️

Now to run home to celebrate Mother’s Day with my boys

Indie earned her RA title this weekend with two qualifying scores of 88 & 90! So proud of her ❤️
