There are moments in life that remind you just how incredible people can be, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Niki Hinton Smock and Trent Sutton who has truly been a blessing to Sweet Haven Rattery. 💕

When I unexpectedly found myself in a situation where I had to rehome my beloved rats, one of my most loyal customers didn't just adopt a few... They opened their heart and offered to foster many of my precious babies. They stepped in during one of the hardest times of my life without hesitation, and I truly don't know how I'll ever thank them enough.

Knowing that so many of my carefully bred lines are safe, loved, and thriving gives me so much peace. These aren't just rats to me they represent years of dedication, careful pairing, health-focused breeding, socialization, and so much love. Because of the their kindness, there's hope that these special lines may continue one day when I'm able to start this journey again.

It's rare to find someone who understands and values your passion the way they do!! They didn't just help save my rats they helped preserve a piece of my dream! ✨

🐀💗 Sweet Haven Rattery Update 💗🐀

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily close Sweet Haven Rattery due to some unexpected personal circumstances and changes happening in my life right now.

This isn’t goodbye forever just a chapter where I need to step away, regroup, and focus on what needs my attention most. 🫶🏼

Thank you SO much to everyone who has supported my rattery, adopted one of my babies, shared my posts, or simply followed along. It has meant more to me than you know. 🐀💕

I will still be open to take adoptions for the next week or so if anyone is interested in taking the last babies that I have.
