High school seniors who live in the Shocker neighborhood zip codes (67214, 67219, 67208 and 67220) can apply to attend Wichita State University for free if they meet the following qualifications: Have a 2.5 GPA; complete a FAFSA financial aid form and qualify for a federal Pell grant.
