Wichita developers Brian and Paul Suellentrop want to bolster College Hill's offerings.
The brothers scooped up the former Margarita's Cantina property at 3109 E. Douglas in an auction last year and started working on conceptual plans for the space once the restaurant closed and announced its relocation.
The developer is seeking some incentives from the city of Wichita for the project.
