Maid Service
Dust and remove cobwebs from ceiling vents, fans, air returns, walls and baseboards using extension duster Dust window sills, ledges, blinds and wall hangings
Dust furniture thoroughly including tops, sides, legs and bases
Wipe clean mirrors, horizontal surfaces and light switch covers
Wipe clean surfaces such as tables and cabinet doors
Load dishwasher
Scour and wipe clean sinks paying particular attention close to faucet
Clean phone, light switch covers and window above sink
Wipe clean and dry exterior of large & small appliances; microwave inside & out
Vacuum upholstered furniture including pillows and cushions
Vacuum carpeted floors using edge attachments when necessary
Vacuum hard floors using appropriate attachment or canister vacuum extension with soft brush tool
Clean kitchen hard floor (wood floor: use slightly dampened microfiber pad, dry)
Pick up and arrange items neatly
Gather and remove trash
Clean tops sides and bases of appliances; washer and dryer - Laundry only
Change linens, if available, make beds
Clean tub and shower using cleaner and scrub brush to remove soap buildup, including on doors and in tracks Disinfectant and wipe clean toilet, sinks and faucets
After cleaning, rinse and dry tubs, showers, toilets and sinks
Polish all chrome surfaces such as faucets with clean, dry cloth
Clean and disinfect bathroom hard floor
Change, straighten and leave towels neatly arranged
Deep. Clean
This cleaning project consists of performing all duties included in the standard maid service program, as well as the following:
Refrigerator cleaned - inside and out $35
Stove cleaned - inside and out $35
Window sills and tracks thoroughly wiped down
Door frames, woodwork spot cleaned Baseboards wiped clean

Standard Procedures
We confirm all appointments. Lock out fee $35
We ask that you please have loose clothing, toys, etc. picked-up prior to team member arriving to clean If linen is part of your service, please have linen on the end of each bed

Work Specifications for rental/realty property

Ceiling fans, floor and ceiling vents and return covers will be cleaned
Light fixtures including sconce-type will be cleaned inside and out
Walls not recently re-painted will be spot cleaned
Blinds, curtain rails, registers, stairwells and banisters will be dusted
Cabinets and drawers will be cleaned and vacuumed inside and out
Woodwork including doors, trim, cabinets, drawers, closet shelves, bookshelves, handrails and moldings will be wiped down
Horizontal surfaces including counter tops will be wiped clean
Cushions in sofas or chairs will be lifted, vacuumed and cleared of debris
Baseboards, ledges, electrical outlet covers and light switches will be cleaned
Mirrors, porcelain surfaces and chrome fixtures will be cleaned and polished
Bathroom fixtures including sinks, toilets, urinals, showers and tubs will be cleaned and disinfected Kitchen sink, countertops and dishwasher will be cleaned
Exterior of large appliances and exterior and interior of microwave will be cleaned
Exterior of stove and outside of range hood will be wiped clean
Hard floors will be vacuumed, dust mopped or swept, and wet mopped
Carpeted areas will be vacuumed including mats, and edges using detail attachment
Window tracks, frames and blinds will be vacuumed to remove dust and debris
Inside of ground floor exterior windows including front door and patio glass will be washed
