Today I was honored to lead a group of nine people in a discussion about death and dying. We spoke about cultural fears about death and ultimately how liberating it is to TALK about DEATH! 💀 After all, we’re all going to die right?
Personally journeying with a cancer diagnosis and being surrounded by many others with cancer I feel like I’m surrounded by death. Please don’t misunderstand, I believe in LIFE and choose life and joy again and again but accepting one’s death is paramount to TRULY LIVING and appreciating LIFE! Accepting ones death is a beautiful thing and is something that can bring great peace. Why resist the inevitable?
So grateful to be a part of Full Circle Living & Dying Collective in Grass Valley!
