Willco builds new homes and works with Wichita’s leading commercial contractors on commercial projects. Willco employs a crew of 5-20 depending on the scope of work. The benefit to the homeowner, is much of the work is done by our own employees and not subcontracted. We build one-of-a-kind, custom homes and limit the number of homes we build each year. Our strength and our enjoyment of building, is in the design and possibilities of each home.

Choosing tile and carpet for a master suite. Going with a neutral color scheme, using different textures. Pairing a lappato finish on the shower and bath floor, with a high gloss finish on the shower walls, and a patterned carpet in the bedroom, creating a sophisticated and luxurious look.
