Real Life Counseling is hosting a winter coat drive. One of our clinicians, Sarah Lazar, will be collecting winter items through the 20th of December for donation to Klothes Kloset.

We want to extend our warmest wishes to all of you. This season is often a time to gather in gratitude, but we recognize that it can also bring feelings of loss and loneliness for many.

For those who have lost loved ones or may not have contact with family, we want you to know that you are not alone. It’s okay to feel a mix of emotions during this time, and seeking support is a sign of strength.

We are deeply grateful for the trust you place in us and for the opportunity to support you on your journey to healing and well-being. May this holiday bring moments of peace, self-compassion, and connection, whether it’s with friends, chosen family, or within yourself.

In response to rising concerns about access to the fundamental human right of food, Real Life Counseling will be hosting a food drive in the coming week.

Led by one of our clinicians, Sarah Lazar, RLC will be accepting donations to be delivered to the Kansas Food Bank on November 7th. Please take a look at the details on how to help below.
