Janice Perkins, owner of Capacity, has done it again. She graciously accepted our invitation to return to The Thread and pour into Cohort Two, so today we talked all about becoming our most effective selves.

Janice shared, "Boundaries are really necessary to being our most productive selves. However, life ebbs & flows, so giving ourselves grace is equally as important."
