The premise of this smoker is taking two great things that when compared are shrouded by controversy. First you have the "die by wood" crowd that win championships for that good wood taste.
Then you have the "set and forget" pellet culture where these guys are able to get consistent results with exact temperatures and times.
Then you have an entirely different breed- Smokeranch Smokers. You start with that strong flavor that everyone loves and finish with that consistent heat and predictability.
These two crafts have butted heads for years and now they dont have too.

I have to say this design/ build has tested my knowledge and skill. gave me the task of designing a large multipurpose smoker for a truly badass local Boise buissness I cannot wait to get this bad mamajama to the restaurant and see it full of brisket!
cut and wired and .us fabricated this badass headache rack! Some amazing things are coming out of this shop and I am proud to have a hand in these projects!
Slapping on the end panel and a nice advertisement for at the end!
We are really enjoying this build and hope you guys do too!

Trailer came together quicker than I expected to provide the base of the smoker build.
Here you see me welding up the fire box for a smoker trailer.
and I have started a collaborative effort in creating a ground up smoker build for an essential local boise buissness.
