🧀 Recipe of the Week: Terzetto Mashed Potatoes 🥔

Creamy, buttery mashed potatoes made even better with Red Handcrafted Cheese Terzetto!

Ingredients
• 8 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
• ½ cup milk
• 8 tablespoons butter
• 5 oz Red Handcrafted Cheese Terzetto
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Boil the cubed potatoes until soft and fork-tender.
2. Drain and mash the potatoes until smooth.
3. Add the milk and butter, mixing until creamy.
4. Add 5 oz of Terzetto and stir until melted and combined.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!

When Orie's Garlic fest officially wraps at 3pm, we're throwing an After Party at Brickyard featuring 70's rock band Eclipse. Enjoy this all ages free show and partake in Public's bar options and garlicky food and drink specials to round out the day's festivities!
