Black's Tire Service Corporate Office honored B&GH President Emeritus Gary Faircloth with a plaque of appreciation for his many years of love & dedication to the children of Boys & Girls Homes. New B&GH Trustee Ricky Benton II presented the plaque on behalf of the organization.

So I brought my daughters car in for a front end alignment today, waited 2 hours due to mechanics on their personal cell phones all the while they charge the customers 90 an hour labor rate. When they finally finish I get in the vehicle to leave and several warning indicators come on in the car that were not on when I delivered the vehicle to them. So I’m guessing no test drive to confirm no issues. What happened to customer service??? Not a well rounded experience today. 😡

I had a horrible experience at blacks tires in Fayetteville and will never go back. Skibo rd location. I went in with breaks not working and was told nothing was wrong and lost my breaks twice on way home. I went to another garage on Monday morning as soon as I said what was going on before they even looked at the truck they asked me if there was a hissing sound and I said I never noticed. They walked it to the truck turned it on put in gear and stepped on break you could here the hissing. When they put pressure on break and left it the it slowly went to the floor it was the break booster it in the shop being fixed. Thanks a lot blacks tires for almost getting me in a wreck.

Went to your Office on Palmetto a street in Florence. Guy told me it would be 45 minutes wait til they could get to my car. I waited hour and a half ,, still my car had not been touched. I noticed a mechanic came out and told a young Lady that came in minute after I did that he would get her car now. For a oil change. I went to the Manager and questioned how she was ahead of me but she came in after I did. He told me she cane in 2 Minutes before I did. Which was a lie I watched her drive up and walk in. I took my keys and left. Sorry way to run a business and flat out lie. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BLACKS.AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE YOU. and I have done lot of business over the years at both locations in Florence.

Can’t say enough about the guys at Black’s Tire Service in Southern Pines!!!! The hospitality and service was through the roof!!!!
