It is almost time for our ANNUAL FREE WEEK! 5/23-5/29
One week a year we provide a week of FREE strength/agility workouts and recovery sessions for local athletes to jumpstart their summer training.

Well, we're off and running. Our first ad has been put up for our new center and I couldn't be more excited for PROspect.

Alot of hours have been put into making it a place that will further the ambitions/talents of local athletes. We currently have less than 10 spots left, and we can't wait to open the doors.

PROspect Elite Physical Development is excited to announce our attendance at the 1st Round of the NCAA Tournament and the Sweet 16.

To our Athletes, appointments for 3/17 and 3/24 will be rescheduled. And remember, Hard Work Pays Off!

There is NOTHING more fulfilling than watching hard work pay off for one of my athletes.
Shelby took home 1st in Shotput and 3rd in Discus today. This girl SHOWS UP to work EVERY SESSION.

There is nothing more wonderful than working out an elite athlete who knows the ins and outs.
Allison is home for a break from college volleyball and she will definitely be going back with a higher vertical.

IT IS OFFICIAL!
We have purchased a location for our Athlete Development Lab, which will be used to push our ETX athletes to their next level. A 2 story facility providing sport specific strength and conditioning for the Elite Athletes of East Texas.
PROspect is truly grateful to serve ETX Athletes, and we cannot wait to take them even further.

Renovations will begin this weekend, we will keep everyone posted on the opening date. Meanwhile, training will still be done at our Athletes’ local school facilities and gyms.

Congratulations to Brazie Croft for winning Reppin The Roughnecks Student Athlete of the Week! Brazie was instrumental in the success of WO Volleyball this year and couldn’t be more deserving.
