Half bath toilet had a leak at some point

Here’s a creative solution to vent the dryer in a condo where there is no actual vent to the outdoors. They sell those lint collection buckets in the stores. But this is very wrong. The dryer produces a lot of heat and thus humidity and by illinois code it must always be vented to the outdoors.

Looks just like a squished dryer vent connector but it’s actually a safety issue. Lint will get stuck inside and may catch on fire…
