"BREAKING: The Temporary Legislative Priorities Committee for the Republican Party of Texas has unanimously adopted a priority that calls for equal protection.

The priority also specifically includes a demand to repeal the provisions granting women who willfully murder their preborn babies complete immunity in our state.

This is the strongest language ever included in a proposed legislative priority for the Republican Party of Texas.

The permanent Committee will review the language once more tomorrow before submitting for approval by all of the delegates."

Two types of abortion exist: miscarriage (spontaneous abortion) and aborticide (induced abortion). Miscarriage care removes the remains of a child who has already tragically died. Aborticide intentionally kills a living preborn child. They are not the same.
