This project took me exactly 10 days and cost $4800. This is 1060 square feet of red oak #1 and select grade solid hardwood floor (old and customer installed), sanded, stained weathered oak and finished with 3 coats of @bonapro.us traffic hd.

I had a client who hated the high maintenance of her dark and overly shiny hickory floors. She wanted a much lighter and warmer color to go better with all of her furniture. She chose Early American stain and I finished the floor with some high quality coats of extra matte .us traffic HD.

A cleint recently renovated their mountain home and called me in to sand and refinish their old water damaged floors. It was quite the project and it turned out really great. This floor was sanded and stained natural and finished with 3 coats of .us Domo finish.

Lighten up your floors and make your space look bigger. I refinished an old red oak floor in Commerce City, Colorado that someone had previously stained very dark. This time around the client chose a light color called Fruitwood. I then finished the floor with .us Traffic HD. 😎

Had a client in Lakewood, Colorado who had a dishwasher leak, ruining a small area of floor. We removed the damaged floor, installed new red oak hardwood and matched the color and finish the best we could. Both her and I were very happy with how it came out.
