Any one that knows me, knows that I am not a fan of music on a website. Ask any web designer and I am sure they will agree with me. But if you must, give your user the option to turn it on and off and I would recommend not having it auto play the second someone comes to your site. Nothing makes me leave a website faster then music playing.
