Father’s Day can hold many emotions. For some, it is a day filled with gratitude, celebration, and cherished memories. For others, it may carry a quiet ache, the absence of someone deeply loved, the grief of a child lost, or the weight of a relationship that never became what they hoped it would be.
Today, we honor fathers and father figures who have loved, guided, protected, encouraged, and shaped the lives of those around them. We also hold space for those who are remembering, missing, grieving, or carrying feelings that may not be visible to others.
Whatever this day means to you, know that there is room for all of it. Joy and grief can exist together. Love and loss often do. However this day finds you, we hope it brings moments of peace, connection, reflection, and happiness in whatever way you need them most.

Life gets busy. There is always something else to do, someone else to help, or another responsibility demanding your attention. In the middle of all that, it can be easy to put yourself at the bottom of the list.
Today, take a moment for yourself. Maybe that means getting some extra rest, stepping outside for fresh air, turning your phone off for a little while, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down. It does not have to be anything big.
Taking care of yourself is not something you have to earn. It is something you deserve.
What is one thing you can do for yourself today?

Juneteenth marks a significant moment in American history and serves as a time to remember, reflect, and honor the strength and resilience of Black Americans. It is a day that recognizes not only freedom, but also the generations of people whose courage, perseverance, and contributions have helped shape our communities and our country.
As we observe Juneteenth, we acknowledge the hardships endured, the progress that has been made, and the work that still remains. It is an opportunity to listen, learn, and appreciate the stories and experiences that are an important part of our shared history.
While Juneteenth is recognized today, its meaning extends far beyond a single day. The lessons, voices, and history it represents deserve our attention year round. By continuing to learn, reflect, and support one another, we help ensure that these stories are remembered and honored for generations to come.💙

Our administrative team will be out of the office all day for training, and our clinicians will be unavailable for the majority of the day as they participate in professional development and training opportunities.
As a result, responses to calls, emails, texts, and other forms of communication will be delayed until Monday. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team invests in continued learning to better serve our clients and community.
Thank you for your support!

Pride is a celebration of authenticity, courage, and the freedom to be yourself. It is also a reminder that everyone deserves to feel safe, accepted, and supported for who they are.
At its core, mental health is about being able to show up as your whole self without shame or fear. This month, we honor the strength, resilience, and experiences of the LGBTQ+ community and reaffirm the importance of creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and understood.💙

Sometimes depression looks like exhaustion. Like canceling plans, losing interest in things you used to enjoy, struggling to focus, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you. Other times, it looks like showing up, smiling, and getting through the day while quietly carrying more than anyone realizes.
Depression does not always look the way people expect it to. If you are struggling, know that your experience is real, and you do not have to carry it alone.💙

Work can be rewarding, but it can also be stressful, demanding, and emotionally draining. When stress starts to build, it can affect more than your productivity. It can impact your sleep, relationships, motivation, and overall well being.
Taking care of your mental health is not separate from being successful at work. Setting boundaries, managing stress, and prioritizing your well being can help you show up as your best self both professionally and personally.

Sleep and mental health are more connected than many people realize. When stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm build up, falling asleep and staying asleep can become much more difficult. And when you're not getting enough rest, everything can feel harder to manage the next day.
Creating healthy sleep habits is important, but so is caring for what’s keeping your mind awake. You deserve both rest and support.

For a long time, many men have been taught to push through, stay quiet, and handle things on their own. But carrying stress, anxiety, grief, or pain without support can become exhausting.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of self awareness, courage, and strength. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health, and no one should have to carry everything alone.
