Please do not use instant messaging to contact the Town hall .I don't see them when I'm not in the office. If you need to contact the office please call 893-4014 Monday through Thursday between 8:30 to 3:30 the answering machine is always on if I'm not available.

FYI the leaf vac will not be in town today due to a large water leak that had to be repaired . It will run next Friday .

I was asked to post that possibly Monday the State highway will start the milling and paving process on High Street.

Anyone that received a disconnect notice early this month and has not contacted the office to make payment arrangements, you have until 3:30 today to do so. The Governor lifted the no shut off mandate and the Town Council has approved the shut offs for Wednesday the 16 th. If you have questions please call 765-893-4014.

FYI, the office will be closed Monday 9/7/20 for Labor Day. The office will also close at 2:30 on Thursday 9/10/20 .

The office will close at 3:00 Thursday, I have a doctors appointment.

I have been asked to post the following information, this is all I know. Wabash Valley Church on 41 between Williamsport and Attica will have a DRIVE through only frozen foods drive Thursday 7/16/2020 starting at 10:00 am.

FYI the fireworks are still on to tonight , sorry for the delay in answering the post but I don't monitor the page on the weekend.

Town Board meeting will be held on Monday 7/13/2020 at 7 PM we will be following the suggested guidelines if you wish to attend.

As of today the West Lebanon Fireworks are still on. They will take place at the Park at dusk on July 11th.

The office will be closed on Thursday 6/18/2020 for mandatory on line State training.

Food finders will be giving out 58 lbs. Boxes of frozen food on Monday June 15th at 1:30 PM at Wabash Valley church. Just stay in car and drive through the line. National Guard will put It your trunk.

New Ordinance 2020-0608

FYI the Governor released that starting June 30th Utility Companies can start charging late fees and disconnects again. Those that need to make payment arrangements must do so before then.

I just received a request asking if people could please stop blowing grass clippings on the roads. This is a hazard to those riding motorcycles. If roads are damp the grass clipping can cause the bikes to loose traction and crash. Thanks

The Town Hall will be closed Tuesday June 2,2020 for Election Day.Please get out and cast your vote.

Deadline to register Dogs, Golf Carts and off road vehicles is Monday June 1st 2020. Thank you

It's time to start mowing yards Ordinance # 2020-0210A section 91.03 " (A) It shall be unlawful for any property owner or occupant in the Town to permit weeds, grasses,plants and vegetation, other than bushes, trees, flowers, ornamental plants or garden plants to grow to a height of more than six(6) inches within the Town boundaries Any such weeds and rank vegetation or tall grass shall be considered a nuisance." Lets take pride in our home town.

Just a reminder that trash pick up this week will be on Friday the 29th.

Also those who are behind in your water payments, if things go as planned the Governor's directive on late fees/shut offs will be coming to an end around July. You will have to pay the past due amounts. PLEASE call the office to make arrangements, once the service is off it will be to late.

Anyone needing free fire wood go see Charlie Pitcock , he has some to get rid of. On 6th St.

Trash pick up for the week of 5/25/2020 will be on Friday 5/29 NOT Thursday 5/28 due to Memorial day.

I have to notifications for you,
1) Monday May 25th the office is closed for Memorial Day
2) May 26th & 27th the Town will be flushing hydrants.

The Town of West Lebanon will be taking bids to have the Town Hall tuck pointed, must be licensed and bonded.

Don't forget that your Golf carts, AND your off road vehicles must be registered by June 1st this year. You will need to bring in proof of insurance , they can only be driven by a licensed driver. Dog registration is also due June 1st. you need proof of vaccination. The office is now open Monday -Thursday 8:30-3:30 one person at at time is allowed in. Please feel free to share and pass this information on to those that don't use Face book.

Starting Tuesday May 12,2020 the Town Hall will be open again. Due to the State guidelines only one person can enter at a given time. The hours will be 8:30 to 11:45 and 1:00 to 3:30 Monday through Thursday.

The Town wide clean up was a success again this year, We had a great group of volunteers to pull it off.Thank you to all three Council members , our Town employees, and Joe Williams, Cayden, Elijah ,Christopher, Marcus, Brad and Bowlus Waste . Most everyone in town took advantage of this Free service. Thank you for taking pride in our Town and keeping it clean.

Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic, the West Lebanon Town Council Meeting will be done telephonically from 7:00pm to 7:30pm on May 11th thru Uber conference. Per the CDC guidelines limiting attendance to a 10-person limit and guidance from the Public Access Counselor, only essential items will be scheduled to be discussed at this meeting. However, if the public would like to participate in this meeting, all they need to do is call in at 765-202-7117. There will not be any in person attendance. It is indeed trying times and we are trying our best to serve our constituents.

Just an FYI the instant messenger for this page is not set up to a cell phone so when the office is closed I can't respond to you, or see the message.

The town wide clean up is still on for this year. We will be at the Towns garage by the railroad tracks on Friday May 8th from 5 PM till 7 PM and again on Saturday May 9th from 8 AM till 11 AM. You must be on the Towns Utility service to do this. We ask that you stay in your cars/trucks with the windows rolled up.

AT&T is still trying to fix the problem with the phone lines and internet. This was due to a fire destroying the overhead lines and not their fault. Please have patience the repairs should be complete today.
