They emphasize on the excitement of what food brings to the green and to the ripe. I seriously can’t believe how long it’s been since I’ve posted something! I’m down to very few clients because of covid so I’m home cooking fabulous meals for the family and the few clients hanging on!
Tonight’s meal: Smoked Pork Butt, Kosher Salt Sweet Potato Fries, Shaved Brussel Spout Salad with Smoked Sesame Vinaigrette and Fresh Figs for Dessert😋

The lovely group at Audi South Austin had some fun today at their monthly meeting! We had the pleasure of doing a Mediterranean Menu of Greek Spinach Salad, Over-Stuffed Feta and Sundried-Tomato Chicken Breasts in Garlic Cream Sauce, Pork Stuffed Cabbage in Spicy Red Pepper Sauce, Yellow Saffron Rice, and Lemon Thyme Sautéed Squash!
