Just like that...my client's home is under contract after 34 days on the market. This is a huge win for my clients given their neighborhood has 12 months of inventory, which means sellers can expect to spend anywhere from 6 months to a year selling their home due to the amount of homes available in their neighborhood. I am so excited for my sellers!! It takes the right marketing, the right brokerage, and the right Realtor to navigate this often tricky Central Texas Market. 🏡

Today was amazing day to close and very emotional for Craig and I. We said goodbye to the gorgeous home we had the pleasure to build and design in Liberty Hill, and we start our new adventure of living on a little quiet piece of land with the farmhouse in the pine trees in Smithville! It will be our haven from the busy world we navigate daily, and I will be close to my mom for the first time in 20 years. She became a Texan last week 😜 I will be up in North Williamson County and Austin weekly for work but I am excited to explore South Austin and Bastrop County and add this to my growing list of places I help people buy and sell real estate in Central Texas . Cheers to the farmhouse 🔑 and growing and expanding my field of service 🥂
